To Reach your GREATEST Potential
You MUST Workout

Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Workouts
Brief Description
It is key to create this fundamental belief – in order to become better, stronger, more fit – you MUST work out mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
We accept this as fact physically. The same is true about all areas of our life.
All of our training, either virtual or live, are workouts and designed in a specific way.

SUMMARY OF WORKOUT PRINCIPLES
Quick understanding of why working out is worth your time! More detail on each below this summary.
Keystone Habit
Working out physically is a keystone habit. Meaning, it positively changes LOTS of your behaviors by taking one consistent action. The exact same is true about about other areas of your life. You can work out in other ways - below - that will change LOTS of what is happening inside.
Strength Comes from Recovery
When you work out physically, you are literally breaking down your body. You actually become stronger during recovery. The same is true about mindset and other internal workouts. During the workout, you are breaking through limitations and stretching the 'possible'. However, you MUST take time to recover.
Workouts MUST be hard or they are not workouts.
If you are not pushing yourself, you are not working out. At the end of a great physical workout, you are exhausted yet fulfilled. The same is true of our workouts. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARD. Don't get discouraged because this is how you get stronger.

WORKOUT PRINCIPLE #1
Working out is a KEYSTONE HABIT.

Welcome to KEYSTONE HABITS!
Keystone means that it affects everything that surrounds it. It holds everything together.
For example, exercise – a form of working out – triggers people to eat better, shop for healthier foods, is correlated to better moods, less stress, more confidence and better sleep.
There are other areas of your life to work out as well. Each one of them has their own benefit but know that each workout will impact several aspects of your life in positive ways!
As you actively go through these workouts, the very fact that you are trying to become better, makes the workout even more effective. See more below.
WORKOUT PRINCIPLE #2
Getting stronger DOES NOT come from the workout itself!
Strength Comes from Recovery
Increased strength DOES NOT come from the workout itself.
It comes during recovery. So you MUST develop great recovery techniques. Video below gives a quick example of a recovery technique I developed to help me during my very emotional workshops. After pouring massive amounts of emotion into the work, how do I recover quickly during breaks so that I am back close to 100% when I return?
WORKOUT PRINCIPLE #3
Workouts MUST be hard or they are a waste of your valuable time.
Workouts are SUPPOSED to be hard!
If it isn’t hard, you aren’t working out.
We understand this on a physical level and we push ourselves further and further in our physical workouts. Except for those people who go to the gym to go the gym and yet never REALLY work out. They mostly ‘play’ with the equipment, spend their hour and then go home, feeling content that they ‘worked out’.
Don’t be that person, at the gym or with us.
At the end of a great physical workout, you are exhausted yet fulfilled. The same is true of mental, emotional and spiritual workouts. You should WANT it to be hard. If it is, you know it was worth the time and effort.
When it comes to our workouts, the same is true. If you spend the time, the ROI is tremendous! A single workout can pay dividends for the rest of your life. So, in that way, the time you spend is FAR more valuable than a single physical workout.
There are four key areas of workouts:
-
Physical
-
Mental
-
Emotional
-
Spiritual
You MUST work out in all of these areas.

Mental, Emotional and Spiritual workouts last MUCH longer than physical workouts. In fact, some of the workouts can last a lifetime and continue to pay dividends for life. This video contains a short story of one of the workout dividends that continues to pay off for me.

Create a workout schedule.
A wise man, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry once said, “A goal without a plan is just a wish”.
For each one of these areas, put on your calendar when the workout is happening and what you are doing for the workout.
Look through our free workouts as a place to start and then start seeking out other ways to become stronger mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
FYI – You are probably already working out in MANY ways. If so, be more intentional and mindful about it and you will see the benefit from it go WAY up!
You have been indoctrinated.
A piece of your mindset has been taken over by someone else and you don’t even know it. I know, that sounds ridiculous but true. So, a next great step is to go through Sit Down, Shut Up & Learn workout. There is a 60-second test you can take and see for yourself.
