What is Actionable Coaching?
Actionable coaching is a partnership between coachee and coach.
Similar to more traditional coaching in structure and unique in outcomes, coach and coachee focus upon clear desired actions and behaviors.
Online assessments and interviews with key stakeholders create a clear picture of our starting point and what success looks like. Success always entails action and behavior that helps coachee reach their true potential in exactly the needed area.
Actionable Coaching has a 6-month timeframe with greater intensity in early stages. Our goal is to achieve success as quickly as possible. Support will continue for the entire 6 months.
Coaching to the Greenline
We use behavioral science and data to move away from red or amber line and reach/maintain the green line.

Intervention
- A valuable executive may be struggling to work well, communicate and lead others.

Achieving the next level of awesome is impossible without feedback.
360 Degree Feedback coaching engagement provides measurement, personal information and a tool to help gauge success. This kind of feedback creates the opportunity for leaders to shift their perspective and see themselves through the eyes of those around them.
We use this tool in many coaching situations, but we have found absolutely critical for good leaders trying to achieve the next level.
Productivity Systems Coaching
Email, phone calls, meetings, voice mails, there are simply too many tasks to complete in one day. How can you possibly manage them all and actually be effective?
Overwhelm is almost an accepted state for leaders and for many executives, it seems to be a badge of honor. In some executive teams, we even see competition for who is most overwhelmed.
Both unhealthy and destructive, this path leads to burnout, poor work/life balance and eventually health issues.
Managing all of the tasks is completely possible with the right systems in place. While many systems require you to change and adapt to the system. We change as little as possible to help you create an air-tight system that will help you achieve legendary performance.
Managing Energy, Not Time
Time cannot be managed. It is impossible.
You can only what you get done in the amount of time that you have. What you can get done is directly related to the amount of energy you can put toward the task. How much can you get done when you are sick on the couch with the flu? Not much. Are you sick on the couch with the flu mentally? Emotionally?
This is related to Productivity Systems Coaching, but different. An executive with the perfect task management system will get zero accomplished if they are not managing their energy correctly. We will teach them how and coach them over time to ensure it ‘sticks’.
Improve Resiliency by INCREASING Stress
‘Stress reduction’ receives a great deal of print and conversation.
Forget about reducing stress, you need to INCREASE stress.
However, you must increase your recovery techniques as well. Recovery methodologies MUST be learned and used to build up your resilience to stress.
Just like when beginning to work out your physical body, your emotions and mental state need working out to become stronger and be able to work well under increased stress.
