Live, in-person 6-hour Launch and 6-hour Finish
While online learning offers valuable benefits, it cannot fully replicate the rich and dynamic experience of in-person learning for business leaders. The combination of deeper engagement, enhanced learning experiences, and opportunities for relationship building make in-person learning a crucial element for effective leadership development.
Deeper engagement and connection:
- Active participation: In-person learning environments facilitate active participation through discussions, role-playing, and group activities. This allows leaders to engage with the material, process information more deeply, and test their understanding in real-time.
- Networking and relationship building: Learning alongside other leaders from multiple industries creates opportunities for networking and building relationships. Shared experiences and challenges strengthen professional bonds and provide access to a valuable support network.
Enhanced learning experience:
- Immediate feedback and reflection: Learning in person allows for immediate feedback and opportunities for reflection. Leaders can receive real-time feedback on their performance and adjust their approach accordingly. This allows for quicker learning and deeper understanding.
- Focus and distraction-free environment: In-person environments are generally less distracting than online learning, minimizing interruptions and allowing for greater focus on the learning material. This leads to better information retention and improved learning outcomes.
Building trust and leadership presence:
- Presence and communication: Face-to-face communication allows leaders to project their presence and develop their communication skills in a live setting. This is crucial for building trust, motivating others, and effectively navigating challenging situations.
- Developing emotional intelligence: In-person interactions allow leaders to practice and hone their emotional intelligence skills. By reading emotions and body language, they can build stronger relationships, manage conflict effectively, and create a more positive work environment.
15 Minutes per Day over 3 Months
Key leadership content is broken into 3-5 minute, easily digestible chunks with discussion each week with a live cohort.
There are a few reasons why leadership should be broken down into 3-5 minute digestible chunks.
- It makes it easier to learn and retain information. When information is presented in small chunks, it is easier for people to focus and understand. This is especially true for complex or abstract concepts.
- It allows people to focus on one topic at a time. When people are presented with too much information at once, it can be overwhelming and difficult to process. Breaking down the information into smaller chunks allows people to focus on one topic at a time and learn it more effectively.
- It makes it easier to apply the information to real-world situations. When people learn about leadership in small chunks, they are more likely to be able to apply the information to their own work or life. This is because they are able to focus on one concept at a time and see how it applies to their own experiences.
In addition to these reasons, breaking down leadership into 3-5 minute digestible chunks also makes it more engaging and interesting for learners. When information is presented in shorter chunks, it is easier to stay focused and motivated. This leads to better learning outcomes.
Weekly Live Discussions
Weekly live discussions on Zoom following the content is necessary for leadership learning because it allows learners to:
- Share their ideas and experiences. This can help them to understand different perspectives and learn from others.
- Challenge their own thinking. When learners are exposed to different ideas, they are forced to think critically about their own beliefs and assumptions.
- Develop their communication skills. Discussion requires clear and concise communication. This is an essential skill for leaders, as they need to be able to communicate effectively with their team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Build relationships. Discussion provides an opportunity for learners to connect with each other and build relationships. This can be helpful in creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- Apply the concepts to their own work or life. When learners discuss leadership concepts, they are more likely to be able to apply them to their own work or life. This can help them to become more effective leaders.

for your leaders
Measurable, real-world results
The purpose of leadership training is to create positive change for your people and move the needs on the strategic priorities of your business.
We incorporate behavior science & nudge technology to support our learners, and reporting to show you the change your learner is making on every topic in our content.
Creating highly contextualized commitments, each learner will create new habits they want to work upon.
Creating new habits is critical for leadership training because habits are the foundation of our behavior. The habits we form shape the way we think, feel, and act. If we want to become better leaders, we need to create habits that support our leadership goals.
Here are some of the reasons why creating new habits is critical for leadership training:
- Habits make it easier to achieve our goals. When we have a habit of doing something, it becomes automatic. This means that we don’t have to think about it as much, which frees up our mental energy for other things. For example, if we have a habit of setting clear goals and tracking our progress, we are more likely to achieve our goals.
- Habits help us to stay consistent. Consistency is essential for success in any area of life, including leadership. When we have habits that support our leadership goals, we are more likely to stay consistent in our actions. This will help us to achieve our goals and make a positive impact on our team or organization.
- Habits help us to overcome challenges. When we face challenges, it can be easy to get discouraged and give up. However, if we have habits that support our leadership goals, we are more likely to persevere and overcome the challenge. This is because our habits will help us to stay focused on our goals and take action even when things are tough.
